Open docker settings and check the box to Expose daemon without TLS. To use containers in WSL, we need to provide it a connection to remote Docker daemon that we installed on Windows 10 using Docker Desktop for Windows via Expose daemon option.
In Hyper-V, now you will see a VM in running status. Now you can check docker version in PowerShell Once it is installed, you will see the screen as below:
